DAY 208 - Not What You Do, but How Your Believe

Update  for Leslie Sunday July 29, 2013:
Wow! Leslie came to our 11a.m. service yesterday and received communion. He could eat the communion bread! He can start eating now! Praise the Lord! Thanks for your prayers! God is so, so real! Jesus is Lord!
There will be a thanksgiving gathering at Richmond Emmanuel Church on his birthday, August 23, 6p.m. to 7p.m. All are welcome!

     What I got from Jesus is: Not what you do, but how you believe

     What I received from Jesus today is a clear statement of what we should live our lives. Abraham is the father of Israel not because of God commanded him to start the first circumcision, but because of how he believed in God.

     Lots of time we stress on how much we have been doing for Jesus. But, what Jesus cares about is whether we truly believe in him and how much we love Him.

     So, how you believe in Him really? How much you love Him really? 
     
Dear Lord Jesus,
Lead us to truly believe in you and love you. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
