What I got today from Jesus is: Go to encourage your brothers and sisters
What I got from Jesus today is a call for us to get every opportunity we have to encourage our brothers and sisters.
Actually Michelle and I just drove five hours from Toronto to Ottawa to meet with Rev. Jennifer Wickham and her husband Alan. She has been doing a good job in planting a church in Ottawa for us. When I saw her in Vancouver last week for the ACiC Summit, I decided to come to Ottawa today with Michelle to give them some encouragement. Being together for dinner and some sharing is an encouragement, even need to drive for ten hours, that's worth the time. After all, if you read my post yesterday, Uncle John reminded me that I need to be a father and a mother loving their own children. As a bishop, I am the shepherd of all my clergy and I need to try my best to love them and encourage them.
What can you do to bring love and encouragement to those Jesus prepares for you to encourage?

Dear Lord Jesus,
Lead us to be willing to sacrifice our time, our everything to love and to encourage our brothers and sisters. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
