Today's Reading: Colossians 4:2-18

Please read Colossians 4:2-18 and listen to what the Lord Jesus Christ would like to tell you before reading my Spiritual Journal below. If you would like to learn a simple and good way of Daily Devotion method please read my “Count Down 5” from my Devotion on Fire blog:

你 們 的 言 語 要 常 常 帶 著 和 氣 , 好 像 用 鹽 調 和 , 就 可 知 道 該 怎 樣 回 答 各 人 。                                                                  歌 羅 西 書 4:6

Let your speech always be gracious, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how you ought to answer each person.       Colossians 4:6

What I got today from Jesus is: Relationship is the key to Kingdom ministry
What I got from Jesus today is a reminder that relationship is the key to Kingdom ministry. We can always see there a tons of names in the last chapter of Paul's books. And in Colossians, we can find many names. All names gives a kind of special relationship with Paul to the Kingdom ministry.

In fact, verse 6 can be a clue to how Paul was being loved by so many people. If you can live out verse 6, then you must be a very special person in the midst of your friends. After all, God uses us to build up people through our relationship with them.

Actually, chapter one to three is about our relationship with God and this last chapter is about the fruit of Paul's relationship with His people because Paul has a good relationship with God.

Dear Lord Jesus,
Lead us to be a channel of your peace and that we cherish every kind of relationship we can have to build up people to be more like you so that we can extend your mighty Kingdom. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
