DAY 242 - Sufferings Flow Over, Comfort Overflows

     What I got today from Jesus is: Sufferings flow over, comfort overflows

    What I received from Jesus today is a secret to win all kinds of discouragements and an effective way to get out of depression.

     Do you know how painful Paul was when he was writing this letter. He was being accused of by those leaders in a church that he planted and stayed for 1 1/2 year to be the one who broke his promise. He was the one who was always changing his mind leading people into confusion.

     Paul reminded them of how much sufferings he had been through and that the more sufferings, the more comfort would come. This is the sign of the presence of the Holy Spirit, to strengthen us and to lead us to breakthrough all kinds of difficulties so that we are in His grace. The presence of the Holy spirit is a deposit guaranteeing God's plan and work.

      So, if you are in sufferings, don't be frightened. Because sufferings folow over, comfort overflows! 



Dear Lord Jesus,

Lead us to have that kind of trust and experience that sufferings flow over, comfort overflows.  In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
