What I got today from Jesus is: Be steadfast to serve the Lord

What I received from Jesus today is a correct understanding to a Golden verse. Verse 58 has been one of the most used verses in the Bible when Christians want to write something in a card to encourage other Christians. Especially encouraging them not to be discouraged but to continuously doing God's work. Yet, most of them do not know or do not recall what this verse means when they use it. So, here it is:
1. It's all about those heresy who said there isn't resurrection. Paul wants us to know that we cannot be moved by those heresy but to stand firm on the truth.

2. When Christians are being moved by heresies, they stop doing God's work thinking that it is a waste of time. Paul wants to encourage all Christians to do God's work in all times and that our labour in the Lord will never be in vain.

So, how steadfast you are to the truth and not being influenced by all kinds of falsehood? How "fully" you can give yourself to God's Kingdom ministry?

Dear Lord Jesus,
Lead us to be steadfast in your love and that we can give ourselves fully to serve you. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
