What I got from Jesus is: Say what Jesus commands you to say

What I received from Jesus today is a challenge to all of us. A challenge to see if we have the courage and willingness to say what Jesus commands us to say.

There are two steps in this challenge:
1. You need to have a personal relationship with Jesus and that you worship Him as your Lord and King. If you do not have this relationship, you are not able to receive His words and commands.

2. It's not easy to say what Jesus wants you to say. It's not easy to tell others that you are not crazy that you are able to listen to Jesus voice. It is not easy to make other people to believe that you are not using Jesus name to make other people to do you own things.

You know, I have been kindly "suggested" by some people not to tell people in my sermons that I hear from Jesus. So many people are so afraid to tell other people that they can listen to God! There was once a top Christian leader angrily said to me, "Silas, you are telling me that in this age there is someone who can listen to God? Good bye, let's see who's right." I nearly fainted!

All my blogs and podcast are tailor-made to tell people that we can listen to God. It's so easy! How can we have an intimate personal relationship with Jesus if we cannot listen to Him! Ridiculous!

So, Paul courageously said what Jesus commanded him to say without any reservation and hesitation. Yes, it's not easy. But, if Jesus is really your Lord and King, He is the supreme commander, right? What is the consequence of not obeying the order of your supreme commander? During the Korean War, the five star general, admiral Douglas MacArthur was fired by the President of United State because he did not obey the President's command although lots of people think General MacArthur was right. So,are you going to say what Jesus commands you to say?

Dear Lord Jesus,
Lead us to have the courage and willingness to say what you commands us to say.  In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
