DAY 178 - Filled with Joy in The midst of Hardship

He did great! Go outside 2 times and walked over 120 steps. Physio planning to let him try more day by day.

     What I got from Jesus is: Filled with joy in the midst of hardship

     What I got from Jesus today is the secret of living everyday with joy. How can that be? Well, that's what this passage wants to tell us:
1. Focus on the positive things not the negative
    Paul and Barnabas put their focus on how joyful it was for so many gentiles to believe in Jesus in the midst of all kinds of slandering, persecution and suffering.

2. Joy will follow with the filling with the Holy Spirit
    There are times we have been filled with discouragement, bitterness, hopelessness and darkness. Where is the Holy Spirit then? It's gone! To be filled with the Holy Spirit and do not let the negative spirits to take over and control your soul is the key to be filled with joy in all time. 
    
    Do you understand what I just said? Can you ask the Holy Spirit to fill you now?

Dear Holy Spirit,
Shine on us that we can see all those things blocking you to come and fill us. Help us to repent and confess our sins. Lord Jesus, pour down your blood in us, cleanse us so that we can be filled with the Holy Spirit and be filled with joy in all time.  In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
