What I got from Jesus is: How to be rich toward God?
What I received from Jesus today is a warning to all of us how much we store up treasure of ourselves but not for God's Kingdom.

Jesus says, "Watch out! Be on your guard against all kinds of greed; a man's life does not consist in the abundance of his possessions."            Luke 12:15

The fact is, this world teaches all of us that "greed" is the force to build up momentum of the economy.  Sales will be increased if they target the "greedy" need of people. Coupons, lucky draws, scratch cards and more to tempt people to buy their products. We store up clothes, shoes, glasses, wine, watches, handbags, cars, houses ...so many that I can't even count.

The storing of things could like a "black hole", no matter how much you put in, you will never be satisfied. Following last two days theme "The power of listen and obey" and "The woes of not listen and obey", we know that are the two separate paths we need to make a choice. Either you step into the trap of greedily pursuing earthly treasure, or you enter into His Kingdom glory to follow Jesus to become a faithful and fruitful disciple of Him to save more souls.

Dear Lord Jesus,
Lead us to get away from the earthly greediness to enter into your Kingdom glory so that we can be rich toward you.  In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
