     What I got from Jesus is: Willing to touch the untouchable?

     

     What I got from Jesus today is a challenge to our faith and compassion.  If you understand a little bit about leprosy that you know that no one would touch a leper, no one. In Jesus time it was even worse, those lepers were being driven to an isolated place waiting to die. Touching a leper was such a compassionate act for Jesus to do indeed. Such action is the key to heal people. Why? Take a look of those numerous examples of Jesus' healing miracle. He always stirs up someone's faith before the healing really happen. 

    How can you prepare yourself to have more compassion on those "lepers", those people that no one wants to touch, but you dare to use time to be with them, you eat with them, you walk with them, you share your life with them. That's the similar action as how Jesus had his compassion to touch the leper.

     Yes, you can be a channel to bring healing to some people.  It is just if you are willing to have more compassion to touch them in Jesus special way. People will be healed because of your compassion!  

Dear Lord Jesus,

Use us as a channel to bring your healing to those untouchable.  In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

The easiest way is to take one hour slot for the whole week. What you need to do is very simple. Choose one dayThe easiest way is to take one hour slot for the whole week to pray for me, my family and my ministry, remembering the ministry of ACiC(ACiC has two Networks: ACiC, Anglican Coalition in Canada and AI, Asian Initiative). You may use the whole hour in prayer or you can still do you work in your office but use as much time as you can to pray and the other time work prayerfully that hour to pray for our ministry. This campaign is also to teach you that you need somebody to pray for you daily. I have been prayed for hourly the past 1,200 days and I have never experienced this kind of peace and protection before. It's just beyond words can express. If I did not listen and obey to Jesus call 1,200 days ago to start this prayer movement, I think I would be pulled into darkness and discouragement already! I deeply believe that this is a way to draw as many participation as we can in prayers. I encourage you to participate. We need you to join us! Trust in the power of prayers!
