     What I got from Jesus is: Everything is in God's timing!

     What I received from Jesus today is to remind me of Ecclesiastes 3: 1-11. God has a time for everything, but we as human beings never can understand God's timing. The most important thing is that we need to know that in God's timing he is going to make everything beautiful. For us as human beings, we can never be satisfied until we can enjoy the sweetness of eternity(verse 11):
     He has made everything beautiful in its time. Also, he has put eternity into man's heart...

     Our being able to be in a daily intimate personal relationship is the only way for us to taste the sweetness of eternity and for us to believe that God has His own timing in everything.

     In Acts 23: 12-24 we learn that there were 40 zealous Jews who plotted to kill Paul and they would not eat or drink until they killed Paul. God messed up their plan. In today's passage, there was the same group or another group of zealous Jews who plotted to kill Paul and God messed up their plan again.

     So, may be you can read Ecclesiastes 3: 1-11 now and see what Jesus wants to tell you:

     For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven:

a time to be born, and a time to die;
a time to plant, and a time to pluck up what is planted;
a time to kill, and a time to heal;
a time to break down, and a time to build up;
a time to weep, and a time to laugh;
a time to mourn, and a time to dance;
a time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together;
a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing;
a time to seek, and a time to lose;
a time to keep, and a time to cast away;
a time to tear, and a time to sew;
a time to keep silence, and a time to speak;
a time to love, and a time to hate;
a time for war, and a time for peace.
What gain has the worker from his toil? 10 I have seen the business that God has given to the children of man to be busy with. 11 He has made everything beautiful in its time. Also, he has put eternity into man's heart, yet so that he cannot find out what God has done from the beginning to the end.

     Paul was in that intimate personal relationship with Jesus. In human view, he should be dead already, no one can escape that. But, it was not God's time for Paul to die.

     So, how are you lately? Do you believe that everything is in God's timing?Are you willing to let God to use you as a channel to witness His timing?

Dear Lord Jesus,
Lead us to trust your timing and that we can enjoy everyday that in your time you will make everything beautiful. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
