DAY 174 - Let's Glorify God That Leslie Can Stand Up Now!

     What I got from Jesus is: Let's glorify God that Leslie can stand up now!

     This passage shows us how the apostles and the leaders heard Peter's testimony that they had no further objections for the Gentiles to receive Jesus. The only thing they did was to praise and glorified God. They got confirmation through Peter's testimony that could experience what Jesus says, "Repent, for the Kingdom of God in near." "God has granted even the Gentiles repentance unto life."(verse 18)

      Today, we witnessed how great God is to heal Leslie and that he was without his oxygen mask and he could stand up. From death just 1 1/2 months ago to life now is a long way for Kenny and Nevia's family. Let's pray that their whole family will experience what Peter said, "God has granted them repentance unto life." I sincerely pray and hope that Kenny can receive Jesus as His Saviour and Lord and that I can baptize him this Christmas. 

Dear Lord Jesus,
I give thanks to you for how you lead your people to have eternal life through repentance. Lead Kenny into Life through repentance and that his whole family will never forget how they experience you through their crisis and hardship and that your Name will be glorified.  In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
