What I got today from Jesus is: Cannot go in because of disobedience

What I got from Jesus today is a warning to us not to disobey God's word. Just like how the Israelites did not obey and could not enter into the Promised Land. Here in this passage shows us that Jesus is greater than Joshua. Jesus is leading us into God's rest.

What is God's rest? It is the Word of God. It is the daily intimate personal relationship with Jesus so that you are in the power of the Word of God and the presence of God each day. Jesus is superior to Joshua. Jesus is leading us into God's rest each day if we want to.

Are you willing to enter into God's rest each day?

Dear Lord Jesus,

Lead us to be able into your rest each day. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
