What I got from Jesus is: Jesus chose you!
What I got from Jesus today is such an honor of how he says he has already chosen and appointed us. Chose us for what? Chose us to go and bear fruit, fruit that will last!
Think, think hard now, what kind of things you are pursuing now will last? Nothing? Well, if those are material things or any other thing than saved souls, it's nothing!
How good it is for us to ask the Father and He will grant to us. Wait, there is one condition, we need to go and bear fruit. If you can do that, to go and bear fruit, then the Father will give you whatever you ask in Jesus name. Not in your name but Jesus name! That means we need to do Jesus thing and that thing is to go and bear fruit.
Remember, Jesus already chose you and appointed you. What you need to do is just to go and then you can surely bear fruit. Are you willing to go?
