What I got from Jesus is: You also should wash one another's feet!
What I got from Jesus today is an invitation to follow his good example to wash other people's feet. Especially those people are under us like Jesus' disciples. In Chinese saying people like to polish the shoes for their boss or people who might get them benefit. But, people would never polish the shoes for those who are under them or those who would not give them any benefit.
Washing other's feet is an extreme action for most people. We just won't do it!
So, on Christmas Day, Jesus reminds you to wash one another's feet. Who are your "one another", do you know that? If you know who they are, are you willing to wash their feet in a humble and real sense?

Dear Lord Jesus,
Lead us to be willing to wash other people's feet. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
