     What I got from Jesus is: It's time to make your best offering!

     

     What I got from Jesus today is an invitation for us to follow Mary's example to offer our best offering. With Lazarus, Mary's brother, who was just resurrected by Jesus, it must be a glorious gathering.
     We can see in this passage how Judas objected Mary's offering. We can see how the Jews welcomed Jesus into Jerusalem as a kingly entry. But, nothing can be compare to Mary who offered a year's wages of perfume to anoint Jesus all at one time. What a waste! So expensive! Is it really a waste and expensive?

     Two days to Christmas and so many people in the mall trying to buy suitable Christmas to their loved ones. If that person is really so special, would you think about how much and too expensive? 

     So, this is a "relational" question and a "relational" gift to Jesus! One year's wages! Wow! When can you do that to make an offering of a year's wages to Jesus?

     It's time to make your best offering!  

  

Dear Lord Jesus,

Lead us to be able to catch the time to make our best offering to you following Mary's good example.  In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

The easiest way is to take one hour slot for the whole week. What you need to do is very simple. Choose one dayThe easiest way is to take one hour slot for the whole week to pray for me, my family and my ministry, remembering the ministry of ACiC(ACiC has two Networks: ACiC, Anglican Coalition in Canada and AI, Asian Initiative). You may use the whole hour in prayer or you can still do you work in your office but use as much time as you can to pray and the other time work prayerfully that hour to pray for our ministry. This campaign is also to teach you that you need somebody to pray for you daily. I have been prayed for hourly the past 1,200 days and I have never experienced this kind of peace and protection before. It's just beyond words can express. If I did not listen and obey to Jesus call 1,200 days ago to start this prayer movement, I think I would be pulled into darkness and discouragement already! I deeply believe that this is a way to draw as many participation as we can in prayers. I encourage you to participate. We need you to join us! Trust in the power of prayers!
