What I got today from Jesus is: The consequence of not being holy might be death!
People always have questions about the complicated vestments for priests. Why? Well, the key word is all about "HOLY". Actually in the old edition of the Chinese Bible(the tradition Union version), in verse 36, it is in double size letter of the word "HOLY TO THE LORD." And in NIV that I am reading now, it is all capital letters of that four words.
To be holy is what priests should live out. The consequence of not listen and obey to be holy as in God's direction as in verse 35 and 43 might be death.
And, we see how Nadab and Abihu died because of not being holy.
How can you to be changed by our Lord Jesus Christ to be more and more holy is our lifetime witness.
