你 告 訴 以 色 列 人 當 為 我 送 禮 物 來 ; 凡 甘 心 樂 意 的 , 你 們 就 可 以 收 下 歸 我 。

“Speak to the people of Israel, that they take for me a contribution. From every man whose heart moves him you shall receive the contribution for me. "

What I got today from Jesus is: Does your heart prompt you to give?

What I got from Jesus is the key to offerings. Take a look at why and when Christians starts true self-giving offerings:
1. They need to experience "Exodus". Their leaving the land of slavery to be led by God and His servants to the Promised Land. To us, it can be a full participation into the life of our new home church.

2. They start to experiencing God's provision.

3. They are willing to follow God's appointed servants to live out "listen and obey". Nothing more and nothing less.

4. They start to make their offerings with their whole hearts. A joyful and self-giving offerings.

Which stage are you in now? If you have not started to give more joyfully, do you know what is blocking you to do this important act?

Dear Lord Jesus,
Lead us to be willing to go through those stages so that we can be a joyful giver. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
