What I got from Jesus is: The consequence of our lack of faith!
What I received from Jesus today is a warning to our lack of faith.
We see from the previous passage the power of the good soil and how people would give everything they have for the hidden treasure and the pearl. We also read how Jesus was being despised by the people of his home town. The consequence is that Jesus just left those people without doing many miracles.
If you understand how important the treasure and the pearl is then you need to give everything in order to get that top no. 1 thing, right? You need to pay a big price for that!
What is the treasure and the pearl Jesus is talking about?
Go back to read my blogs from chapter 10 again, that is from Day 79 onward. It's all about how to listen and obey to Jesus call as our Lord, to make a big decision to be His good and faithful servant and that is to be the good soil. Then we can bear much fruit and shine for Jesus! It needs lot of faith and lots of giving so that we can have this most precious treasure, pearl.
I have seen too many Christians who do not want to take "Jesus is Lord" as top No. 1 in their lives thinking that they can be a 50% disciple of Christ. No, it doesn't work because the consequence of our lack of faith is something we can never think of! Don't under estimate the consequence of your lack of faith!
And, if you have that faith to follow Jesus as your Lord, how can you help all those people around you to follow your good examples? That's the job of John the Baptist, my friend!
Dear Lord Jesus,
Lead us to be willing to give everything we have that we can be with you each day following your lordship. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

The easiest way is to take one hour slot for the whole week. What you need to do is very simple. Choose one dayThe easiest way is to take one hour slot for the whole week to pray for me, my family and my ministry, remembering the ministry of ACiC(ACiC has two Networks: ACiC, Anglican Coalition in Canada and AI, Asian Initiative). You may use the whole hour in prayer or you can still do you work in your office but use as much time as you can to pray and the other time work prayerfully that hour to pray for our ministry. This campaign is also to teach you that you need somebody to pray for you daily. I have been prayed for hourly the past 1,200 days and I have never experienced this kind of peace and protection before. It's just beyond words can express. If I did not listen and obey to Jesus call 1,200 days ago to start this prayer movement, I think I would be pulled into darkness and discouragement already! I deeply believe that this is a way to draw as many participation as we can in prayers. I encourage you to participate. We need you to join us! Trust in the power of prayers!
