                                               Mark 13: 13

" 惟 有 忍 耐 到 底 的 , 必 然 得 救 。"

                                               馬可福音 13: 13

What I got from Jesus is: He who stands firm to the end will be saved!

Verse 13 has been a great encouragement to so many Christians. Lots of Christians can memorize this verse and use that to encourage many people.

But, do we remember the real context of what did Jesus mean when he said that?

This verse is the second part of a conditional sentence. The fist part is:
"All men will hate you because of me, but..."

Can you really stand firm when you are hated and betrayed by your own brother and even you father, by your own son and daughter according to what Jesus said in verse 12? I really don't understand we as Christians or even leaders want to "kill" or "take away" our own colleagues, friends or own brothers and sisters? Why? What's the use of that?

Let me tell you, you cannot stand firm except you have a daily intimate personal relationship with Jesus so that he reminds you each day to be on guard and keep watch for that challenging time to come or for the day of the end of the age!

Now, do you have a better understanding of "He who stands firm to the end will be saved" ?

Dear Lord Jesus,
Lead us to understand and to live out a new lifestyle of offering that is acceptable to you and good in your sight.  In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

**NEW link for the 12th 100 days 24 hours prayer campaign (from December 04, 2012 to March 14, 2013)

The easiest way is to take one hour slot for the whole week. What you need to do is very simple. Choose one dayThe easiest way is to take one hour slot for the whole week to pray for me, my family and my ministry, remembering the ministry of ACiC(ACiC has two Networks: ACiC, Anglican Coalition in Canada and AI, Asian Initiative). You may use the whole hour in prayer or you can still do you work in your office but use as much time as you can to pray and the other time work prayerfully that hour to pray for our ministry. This campaign is also to teach you that you need somebody to pray for you daily. I have been prayed for hourly the past 1,200 days and I have never experienced this kind of peace and protection before. It's just beyond words can express. If I did not listen and obey to Jesus call 1,200 days ago to start this prayer movement, I think I would be pulled into darkness and discouragement already! I deeply believe that this is a way to draw as many participation as we can in prayers. I encourage you to participate. We need you to join us! Trust in the power of prayers!
