What I got from Jesus is: It's All Mine! Precious! My Precious!

Today Jesus gives us a picture of what is inside most people: There is nothing belongs to God. It's all mine! Precious! My precious!

If you have not watched any of the three Lord of the Rings series, you won't understand what I am talking about the "Precious! My precious!"

Those Pharisees and Herodians wanted to set a trap for Jesus to step in so that he would be accused of opposition to the Roman Empire. Jesus' word is full of wisdom that they couldn't do anything to him because as Jews they knew that they had to offer certain money to God.

But, people nowadays do not have this kind of rules or concept. Those who are not Christians do not understand this. But, the most painful thing is that lots of Christians do not understand that we need to give to God what is God's!

Most Christians are not tithing. For those who are tithing they think that tithing is the most thing they can give and no more.  For those who are not tithing they have their reasons not giving a lot to God.

The funny thing is that all things belong to us belongs to God! We come to this world without anything and when we leave this world we leave without anything!

How do you help those who thinks "It's all mine! Precious! My precious!" to understand that we need to give to God what is God's. And we all need to know what are those things that God wants us to give to him so that we won't become a Smeagol in the Lord of the Rings(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gollum).

Can you believe that if we do not understand give to God what is God's that we might become a Smeagol? Wow, that is really awful!

Dear Lord Jesus,
Lead us to understand what does it means by giving what is yours to you so that we won't become a Smeagol.   In Jesus name we pray. Amen.

**NEW link for the 12th 100 days 24 hours prayer campaign (from December 04, 2012 to March 14, 2013)

The easiest way is to take one hour slot for the whole week. What you need to do is very simple. Choose one dayThe easiest way is to take one hour slot for the whole week to pray for me, my family and my ministry, remembering the ministry of ACiC(ACiC has two Networks: ACiC, Anglican Coalition in Canada and AI, Asian Initiative). You may use the whole hour in prayer or you can still do you work in your office but use as much time as you can to pray and the other time work prayerfully that hour to pray for our ministry. This campaign is also to teach you that you need somebody to pray for you daily. I have been prayed for hourly the past 1,200 days and I have never experienced this kind of peace and protection before. It's just beyond words can express. If I did not listen and obey to Jesus call 1,200 days ago to start this prayer movement, I think I would be pulled into darkness and discouragement already! I deeply believe that this is a way to draw as many participation as we can in prayers. I encourage you to participate. We need you to join us! Trust in the power of prayers!
