The easiest way is to take one hour slot for the whole week. What you need to do is very simple. Choose one dayThe easiest way is to take one hour slot for the whole week to pray for me, my family and my ministry, remembering the ministry of ACiC(ACiC has two Networks: ACiC, Anglican Coalition in Canada and AI, Asian Initiative). You may use the whole hour in prayer or you can still do you work in your office but use as much time as you can to pray and the other time work prayerfully that hour to pray for our ministry. This campaign is also to teach you that you need somebody to pray for you daily. I have been prayed for hourly the past 1,200 days and I have never experienced this kind of peace and protection before. It's just beyond words can express. If I did not listen and obey to Jesus call 1,200 days ago to start this prayer movement, I think I would be pulled into darkness and discouragement already! I deeply believe that this is a way to draw as many participation as we can in prayers. I encourage you to participate. We need you to join us! Trust in the power of prayers!

This blog is to help you to have a daily intimate personal relationship with Jesus
and to be able to memorize one golden verse everyday.
We will cover New Testament in one year(Dec.1,2012 to Nov. 30,2013),
Old Testament in another year(Dec.1,2013 to Nov. 30,2014)

What I got from Jesus is: A cheerful heart is good medicine!
This is my top No. 9 golden verse. I can't count how many times the Lord led me to use this verse to help people who were in deep depression, sickness or even wanted to take their own lives.

Every time I think of this verse reminds me of a true story I heard many years ago. There was a famous medical doctor being invited to be the speaker of an International Conference on how to deal with the problem of immune system. This speaker as one of the leading specialist on immune system said:
More and more people over the whole world are having problems on their immune system. There are so many research on how to help them to heal but without any success. The answer is actually in the Bible, Proverbs 17:22, "A cheerful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones." Many thousand years ago when the Proverb was being written people do not know about what is "immune system". They just knew some people bones were being dried up and they got worse and worse. They knew that it was because of a crushed spirit. Now, we know there are more and more people having problems on immune system, but we don't know the cause is because of their spirit being crushed by all kinds of known and unknown factors. If they do not have a way to regain a cheerful heart, I don't think we can get a solution for them.

My experience is that a cheerful heart comes from our Lord Jesus Christ. It is a gift Jesus gives us when we have a personal intimate relationship with him. Crushed spirit comes from mostly broken relationships with God and other people.

So, cheer up! Come to Jesus everyday and let the Holy Spirit pours down the gift of joy and peace to you!

Remember: A cheerful heart is good medicine,
but a crushed spirit dries up the bones.

Dear Lord Jesus,
Lead us to be as close as we can to you that we can have a cheerful heart everything to bring your light, hope and joy to this world.  In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
