Today's Reading: Exodus 13-14

Please read Exodus 13-14 and listen to what the Lord Jesus Christ would like to tell you before reading my Spiritual Journal below. If you would like to learn a simple and good way of Daily Devotion method please read my “Count Down 5” from my Devotion on Fire blog:

You may begin with a song to praise the Lord and complete you devotion by singing another praise song.

耶 和 華 必 為 你 們 爭 戰 ; 你 們 只 管 靜 默 , 不 要 作 聲 。

                                                             出 埃 及 記 14 :14

The Lord will fight for you, and you have only to be silent.”
                                                              Exodus 14:14

What I got today from Jesus is: Be still, God will fight for you

What I got from Jesus is the confirmation and security we so need when we face with something we can not cope with. There has to be some time in our life that even you spend all your time, money and energy, you cannot be able to do it. When that time comes, usually we would be filled with fear and insecurity.

Remember, what you need is to be still, trusting that God will fight for you if that is the work God has been preparing for you to accomplished. If that is your own work and has nothing to do with God's preparation, then you have to finish it yourself. Do you know the difference?

So, first, make sure that you do everything for Jesus, not for your self. Then, when you face with crisis you can not manage, just be still. God will fight for you!

Dear Lord Jesus,
Lead us to be with you each day that we have that kind of total trust in you that you will fight for us to accomplish your Kingdom ministries.  In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
